臨床藥理檢測項目經理（中國區(qū)）：
1. 有專業(yè)的臨床實驗室工作背景；
2. 熟悉生物化學免疫學和血液學檢測流程；
3. 熟練地用專業(yè)外語進行交流；
4. 經常在國內外出差，并參加有關培訓以及進行項目流程的監(jiān)督管理。
5. 熟悉中國境內各主要醫(yī)院臨床實驗室情況者優(yōu)先考慮。

Duties
A. Monitor the conduct of the laboratory work for existing studies running in China
1. Monitor sample receipt and preparation according to protocol
2. Monitor analytical conditions to ensure required quality
3. Monitor evaluation of QC/PT
4. Monitor acceptance of data
5. Monitor forwarding of data to Phoenix to ensure timely delivery
6. Monitor storage and shipping of samples from the Laboratory
7. Investigate and report any events that may adversely affect the quality of the data, compromise patient safety, or be a deviation from the protocol.

B. Assist Phoenix in serving the needs of Investigators in China
1. Deal with any reporting issues
2. Perform enquiries for data cleaning
3. Deal with issues relating to sample kit (re)supply
4. Deal with issues relating to courier performance. Interact with Couriers and authorities to ensure timely and safe delivery of samples and materials
5. Be available to provide telephonic Help Desk services for Chinese Investigators
6. Deal with local suppliers when necessary to ensure timely supply of materials
7. Assist with any other tasks necessary to ensure studies are conducted according to protocol

C. Report regularly to Europe and Singapore on the conduct of the studies.

D. Be available to travel to Europe and Singapore as required for training and meetings

E. Other duties as required
